Biography of Thomas Mann

Thomas Mann was a German writer who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1929.He won the award  "principally for his great novel, Buddenbrooks, which has won steadily increased recognition as one of the classic works of contemporary literature". His novels dealt with athoritarian nature of the German society and he exiled in 1933 as a result. He was part of very famous literary family. He is the youger brother of another famous writer Heinrich Mann and the father of Klaus Mann.
